Error Msg: "System configuration file cannot be found!"

Problem Description:
It is not possible to start SpeechExec Pro application after reboot of the PC.

Error message "...Couldn't find Systemconfiguration file..." is shown after SpeechExec splashscreen is displayed.

- After reinstalling SpeechExec Pro , the software works again until you perform the next reboot.

- When the error occurs, the software can not be found in Add/Remove programs , however, the installation files  can be found in the installation folder path for SpeechExec.

Cause of the Problem:
The software has not been installed with administrator rights. With the user profile it was possible to install SpeechExec and that was the cause of the problem. After the reboot the PC was in a state, as if SpeechExec would have never been installed, except from the files in the installation path.

Solution or Target to Solution:
Log in as administrator to this PC and install SpeechExec Pro.

Click "run as" and run the installation as administrator.
